Jageera Singh has always lived a life of crime, drinking alcohol and frequenting brothels, even though he is married to pregnant Laxmi, and has a son named Vikram. On the day of Laxmi's delivery, Jageera is busy molesting young Paro. Laxmi gives birth to a daughter, Jyoti, who is subsequently abducted. Jageera disappears from Laxmi's life, and she goes to live with a female friend who passes away, leaving Laxmi with the responsibility of also looking after her son, Virendra alias Veeru. Years later Jageera surfaces and joins forces with smuggler and prominent citizen, Bhanupratap. When Police Inspector Vikram's diligence causes problems for Bhanupratap, Jageera offers to kill Vikram, especially when Bhanupratap's niece, Priya, falls in love and wants to marry Vikram. It is at this point that the past will re-visit Jageera where he will come face to face with his past wrong actions and the devastation that he has inflicted on his family.

The story of Sapna, who has spent her entire childhood in an orphanage. When time comes for her to leave the orphanage due to adulthood, Sana decides that she should stay on and help other orphans. Andha Insaaf is the hindi version of the action comedy Telegu movie Dharma Kshetram directed by A.K.Reddy. Starred by N.Balakrishna and Divya Bharti.Balakrishna is in caste of advocate Bannerjee who is an honest lawyer and fights for truth and justice. Due to his honest nature he had a rival named Durga Prasad (played by Rami Reddy). They face each other in both inside and outside the court. In the mean while, Maithili (Divya Bharti) who is a college student and the daughter of the judge plays many pranks with him and fools him falls in love with the advocate. He is appointed to train her for law course but he finds it very difficult because of her uninterest.

Advocate Gautam Mehra lives in Bombay with his wife, Anju, and a daughter, Rakhsa. One day while returning from court he sees a woman being molested. He stops, phones the police, and then tries to stop the molester, in vain, though as he gets attacked and loses consciousness. But the police do arrive and arrest the molester. Raghuvir's attempts to convince Gautam to change his testimony are in vain. Gautam goes on to testify against Raghuvir Singh, and gets him sentenced to seven years rigorous prison.
